Thank you for shopping at drybee marine . Please review our policy regarding online orders:

1. All Sales Are Final
Once an order is placed and the transaction is completed, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for “change of mind,” incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse. 

2. Order Accuracy
Please ensure that all items in your cart, as well as your shipping and billing information, are correct before finalizing your purchase. We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been processed. 

3. Damaged or Defective Items
The only exception to our “Final Sale” policy is for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misdescribed. 

Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion. 

Notification: You must contact us at with our Email address within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Proof: Please include your order number and clear photos/videos of the damage or defect.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our address, please obtain the address through our Email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item plus shipping cost for the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
